Ultimately, it is my goal to assist athletes in reaching their full potential, which will allow them to proceed to the next level in their athletic journey.”
Coach Paul began his coaching career in Edmonton as the assistant coach of the 18U AAA Edmonton Padres. Paul has coached numerous programs in Edmonton including the NEZ 15U Fall Performance, Padres High Performance, Saint Francis Xavier Baseball Academy, and Edmonton Padres 18U AA Tier One (Provincial Champions 2022).
Coach Paul heads all Wrangler’s Academy and summer team events.

University of Saskatchewan
Tanner has head coached multiple Provincial Championship teams while attending the University of Saskatchewan. Tanner was also awarded the 22U player of the year award while playing for the Provost Pilots in 2024.
At Neutral Hills Baseball Academy, Tanner will assume the role of the full time assistant coach. An expertise in catching and a utility background will allow for him to assist athletes in all aspects of their game.
Brendan Logan
Pitching Coach
University of British Columbia
Brendan has coached multiple PBL teams while attending the University of British Columbia. Brendan finished his collegiate playing career for the UBC Thunderbirds that compete in the NAIA West.
At Neutral Hills Baseball Academy, Brendan will not only bring his pitching expertise but also his leadership and mentoring qualities. Brendan grew up in Oyen, AB and played baseball in Veteran, AB. He is a great example of what rural athletes can accomplish, making him an excellent role model for the next generation of athletes!
Jeff Osadec
Fitness Trainer
Jeff Osadec has worked with academy athletes since the inception of the program. Jeff’s vast background in player development through exercise has had exceptional results on player’s health and fitness. Jeff works out of the Canadian Sports Institute of Calgary (CSI). His time in person and virtually with players is a valuable addition to the program, as proper nutrition and exercise allows for athletes to be competing at their best physical capabilities.
