I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment that allows all athletes to compete at their best. Ultimately, it is my goal to assist athletes in reaching their full potential, which will allow them to proceed to the next level in their athletic journey.”
Coach Paul began his coaching career in Edmonton as an assistant coach with the 18U AAA Edmonton Padres. Since then, he has coached with numerous programs throughout Edmonton, including NEZ 15U Fall Performance, Padres High Performance, Saint Francis Xavier Baseball Academy, and the Edmonton Padres 18U AA Tier One team, which captured the Tier 1 Provincial Championship in 2022.
Paul brings extensive experience in player development and competitive baseball to the Neutral Hills Baseball Academy. As Program Director and Head Coach, he oversees all Neutral Hills Wranglers Academy programming and summer team events, helping guide the development of athletes both on and off the field.

Adam Golby
Assistant Coach
Indian Hills Junior College & University of Mary
Coach Adam’s playing experience consists of going down south to play for Indian Hills Junior College and the University of Mary. Adam also played for the Swift Current 57s and Medicine Hat Mavericks of the WCBL.
At Neutral Hills Baseball Academy, Adam assumes the role of the full time assistant coach. Adam’s mentorship of athletes hoping to follow in his collegiate baseball footsteps is evident throughout the academy.
Brendan Logan
Pitching Coach
University of British Columbia
Brendan has coached multiple PBL teams while attending the University of British Columbia. Brendan finished his collegiate playing career for the UBC Thunderbirds that compete in the NAIA West.
At Neutral Hills Baseball Academy, Brendan will not only bring his pitching expertise but also his leadership and mentoring qualities. Brendan grew up in Oyen, AB and played baseball in Veteran, AB. He is a great example of what rural athletes can accomplish, making him an excellent role model for the next generation of athletes!
Jeff Osadec
Fitness Trainer
Jeff Osadec has worked with academy athletes since the inception of the program. Jeff’s vast background in player development through exercise has had exceptional results on player’s health and fitness. Jeff works out of the Canadian Sports Institute of Calgary (CSI). His time in person and virtually with players is a valuable addition to the program, as proper nutrition and exercise allows for athletes to be competing at their best physical capabilities.
